Pre-Orders
Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. For pre-orders, we will announce the time period in which we will be accepting orders (For example, the Pre-Order period on a specific item may last only one week, some items may be longer, but we will inform you on the product page) and 7-14 days after this period ends we will begin to ship your items

How Do I Track My Order?
A confirmation email is sent to the address on file for the member when their order ships. This confirmation email will contain a tracking link specific to the order or shipment where with 1 click the member is directed to their carrier's tracking page which shows detailed tracking info. Members with orders that have been split for shipment will receive a specific email and tracking link once each individual part of their order ships. Members are also welcome to track their orders online by visiting 'My Account', selecting the order in question and clicking on 'Track Shipment'.

Why Is My Order Coming In Two Shipments?
In cases where there are items being shipping from different warehouses within the same order, we will split orders into multiple shipments to ensure a timely delivery. In these cases, once the order ships from our warehouse you will receive two confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers. Rest assured, you are only charged once for shipping.  The standard shipping method for these types of orders is USPS Priority Mail. This shipping fee displayed at checkout is split among the different shipments.

Returns
No refunds, exchanges only. If the item you purchase doesn't fit you can exchange it for the correct size or an item of equal value.

All exchanges require the customer to pay a $5 restocking fee per item along with all shipping costs unless the reason for the exchange is due to
us mailing out the wrong item or us mailing out damaged goods.

How do I go about returning an item for an exchange?
If you would like to return an item contact us via email at info@acqapp.shop and we will provide you with the shipping address. Once we have received the items we will ship you out the new items

How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have up to 3 calendar days after the date you receive your purchase to make an exchange
